International Business Programs with global and specific cultural focuses

Are you interested in pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s business degree, and want to prepare yourself for our expanding and volatile international economy?
The Faculty of International Business at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences offers a unique selection of interdisciplinary study programs, all combining the study of traditional business subjects with the increasingly important topics of interculturalism and sustainability. Within all of our Bachelor’s programs, students choose a language, including Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, or German (coming soon), and also study the cultures where the chosen language prevails. Of course, English is an important language of instruction at our Faculty, so there are plenty of opportunities to strengthen all your foreign language skills. As our curriculum is very practice-focused, we maintain close ties to industry partners and our professors and lecturers deliver real-world knowledge through innovative teaching methods.
Each of our Bachelor of Arts programs have a special focus:
- International Business – Intercultural Studies
- International Business – Intercultural Studies English Track (coming soon for non-German speakers)
- Tourism Management
- Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Wine Marketing & Management
We also offer three Master of Arts programs, two of which are entirely taught in English:
- International Business & Intercultural Management (entirely in English)
- International Tourism Management (entirely in English)
- Sustainable Tourism Development (mixed German/English program)
Our Faculty is located on the brand-new “Bildungscampus” – education campus, which offers a state-of-the-art learning environment very close to Heilbronn’s city center. Heilbronn is a vibrant, diverse, medium-sized city in the south of Germany, offering close connection to Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Munich, the Black Forest as well as to France, all of which offer an abundance of career opportunities in industries such as automotive, banking, IT, and tourism, among many others.
